I just enjoyed this blog from a friend of mine.

After reading it, I couldn’t help thinking about why I hesitate to charge what I believe I am worth.

What would it take for me to move from “I’m afraid to say” to “I’m proud to say I’m worth _____?”

The short answer – courage!

It looks like it’s time to realize that I am not the cowardly lion and to use some of the courage that’s already there to get what I am worth.

Or am I already getting the currency that matters and it’s beyond just dollars and cents?

When thinking about worth, think about ALL of the benefits of the exchange; not just money.
