This backup leadership is only available to entrepreneurial, high growth and good spirited companies. The term backup is strategic in nature; to provide approval and support; to move backwards from a position; to establish as valid or genuine; to prepare for disaster; stand-in who takes the place of another in (as when things get dangerous or difficult).

We pre-schedule calls that fit your calendar and busy schedule by setting up the next call at the end of every a call. You can also email me throughout the month for feedback on areas of your business you are working on and struggling with.

What else is involved:

• Direction – You’ll see more clearly what to do and where to focus by me asking you the right questions to help you figure it out and by providing real world experiential examples to help show you the way.
• Development – You’ll get skill development and tools for you and your team in a variety of areas to grow your company. A real world MBA.
• Support – I too have ridden the emotional roller coaster you’re riding as an entrepreneur.
• Accountability – You set bi-weekly goals and commit them to me, yourself and in writing. We’ll follow up on them during and between calls to ensure you’re getting more of the right stuff done in less time.
